Please follow the shipping guidelines below for shipping company materials to the conference. Presenting company information kits will be displayed in alphabetical order at the conference. Company information kits will NOT be returned after the conference.
All kits should be fully contained in one package for easy handling & display.

Procedure for Visa Invitation Letter
If you have a need of obtaining a visa invitation letter from Rodman & Renshaw, please fill-in all necessary information on this FORM and return it along with a copy of your passport photo page to LK@rodm.com. We will have our general counsel sign and return all the necessary paperwork to you at our earliest convenience after receiving your documents. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
